The PRIMA detachable first aid kit for belt grip has the size 17x12x8cm and the following components: • 5 pcs x plaster 6 x 10cm • 2 pcs x packed sterile plasters 6 x 3 cm • 2 pcs x packed sterile plasters 7 x 3.5 cm • 1 pc x paper plaster 2.50 cm x 2.5 m • 5 pcs x sterile gauze compresses 10 x 10 cm 25 pcs • 1 pc x alcohol PET 200 ml • 1 pc x waterproof bag with zipper 17 x 12 x 8 cm • 1 pc x hydrogen peroxide Instructions for use: The steps will be followed: 1. Hand disinfection by washing with soap and water and then wiping with napkins with disinfectant solution. 2. Hand drying is done by shaking and it is still recommended to use gloves during local treatment to avoid contamination with blood-transmissible diseases (hepatitis B, AIDS, etc.). 3. Stopping the bleeding is done with the help of the presented means: compresses and sterile dressings. 4. Wound control by stripping or cutting the casualty's clothes, in the affected area, with sharp-tipped scissors and observing the extent and appearance of the wound. If the area has hair, then it will be cut from the wound, hopefully outside, in small individually cut tufts (watered beforehand) taking care not to introduce hair into the wound. 5. Cleaning the wound is done by washing the skin around the wound with handkerchiefs with disinfectant solution. The skin around the wound is disinfected on a surface of at least 15 cm; - it should not be tied too tightly to block blood circulation in the bandaged area. If the wound is small, leucoplast strips applied over the dressing are used. If the wound is large, the victim must be immobilized and transported on a stretcher to the place where specialized medical treatment is provided.
