It is necessary to sit in a relaxed position and lean your back against the chair. Sit with your feet flat on the floor. The cuff of the tensiometer must be next to the heart. 4. Avoid talking or moving. 5. It is recommended to avoid strong sources of electromagnetic interference like mobile phones or microwave ovens during tests. 6. Allow three minutes before taking another measurement for the same individual. 7. Try to measure your blood pressure every day simultaneously. The comparison must be made under the same conditions, including hand, position, and time of day. 9. People with arrhythmia are advised against using this blood pressure monitor. 10. If the device is not functioning correctly, refrain from using it.
