The children's feeding tube is used in the case of comas, swallowing disorders, maxillofacial trauma, esophageal cancer treated with cobalt therapy, immediate postoperative feeding, after an extended intervention, in patients in a state of chronic shock, etc. The probe can be inserted into the stomach, the duodenum, or the lower third of the esophagus. It is pre-lubricated with glycerin and is inserted through the nose. The probe has a closed tip, with 2 lateral eyes for drainage, a smooth coned-shaped end for easy insertion in an abdominal (non-traumatic intubation) luer connector; 50 cm marked tube, made of non-toxic material.
