Medical Soda Lime is a necessary component of anesthesia machines for the uniform absorption of carbon dioxide and is compatible with hospital equipment (Drager, GE). Characteristics: • Shape: regularly shaped granules - pellets with a diameter of 3mm - mechanically stable. • Hardness: 92-95% (advantage: reduced dust deposition, efficient CO2 conductivity). • Composition: calcium hydroxide 97%, sodium hydroxide 3%, color indicator ethyl violet 0.03%. • Moisture content: 13-17%. • Moisture absorption: 3.2-3.4%. • Uniform color change (from white to purple) depending on the degree of use. Packed in 5L canisters. Clear inscription on the packaging of the method of use, the color indicator, the manufacturing date, the expiry date, the lot number, and the CE mark.
