Skin marker for surgery

The marker is similar to a felt-tip pen and the ink flows from the inner tank as the tip moves over the surface of the skin. They are CE marked and are delivered in sterile packaging with a ruler. Medical Applications: Skin markers are used to apply ink directly to a patient's skin. Marking the patient's skin is important in a number of clinical settings and for a variety of reasons, but the main functions may be: • ensures the surgery in the right place; • marks an important internal anatomical feature identified during the diagnosis of images; • targets non-invasive treatments; • planning the surgical approach; • ensures the natural realignment of the skin flaps during the closing of the wound.
