Medical anatomical-pathological waste box with Biohazard ADR bag, 20 l

Characteristics • size: 20 cm length x 20 width x 25 cm height • allowed waste volume – 10 liters • maximum weight allowed – 2.5 kg • box weight - 210 g (± 5%) The boxes are provided inside with yellow polyethylene bags and single-use seals. The thickness of the polyethylene from which the bag is made is between 50 - 70 μ. These boxes are used for the collection of anatomical-pathological waste that are not sharp objects. They are yellow, with a red band and properly marked with Biohazard. They are marked according to United Nations (UN) standards in accordance with the European Agreement on the International Carriage of Dangerous Goods by Road (ADR). The execution of the boxes will be done in accordance with an ISO 9001 quality assurance program, so that each box corresponds to the provisions in force. Both the boxes and the bags inside them must be marked and labeled in Romanian with next: • type of waste collected: ANATOMIC-PATHOLOGICAL WASTE – CODE 18.01.02 • icon: "Biological Hazard"; • container capacity: "liters" and "kg"; • mode of use; • the marking line of the maximum filling level; • the date of starting the use of the container per section; • sanitary unit; • the section that used the container; • the person responsible for handling them; • date of definitive filling.
