Characteristics of the manual blood pressure unit for the upper arm: • Accuracy: +/-3mmHg; • Measuring range: 0-300mmHg; • Cuff size: standard adult size (for arm circumference 23-32cm); • Rubber pump bulb; • Avoid impact and dropping; • The cuffs are sensitive and must be handled with care; • Clean the device only with a soft, dry cloth; • Carefully remove spots on the cuff with a damp cloth and soapsuds. Do not wash the cuff in a washing machine or dishwasher! • Never open this device; • Keep the product in the original bag; • We recommend sending the instrument for calibration every six months to ensure maximum accuracy. Important: 1. Avoid eating, exercising, and bathing for 30 minutes before testing. 2. Before conducting the test, it is recommended to sit in a peaceful setting for a minimum of 5 minutes. 3. Do not stand while testing. Sit in a relaxed position while keeping your arms level with your heart. 4. Avoid speaking or moving body parts while testing. 5. Wait 3 minutes or longer before re-testing. 6. For accurate results, measure your blood pressure at the same time of the day. 7. Test comparisons should only be made when the monitor is used on the same arm, in the same position, and at the same time of day.
