Insufficient exposure time! • 135°C for 7 minutes/121°C for 20 minutes - the color turns from blue - indicator no. 2 "CORRECT" in black - indicator no. 3 "EXTENDED" in dark gray. • 135°C for 10 min - the color turns from blue to black for all 3 indicators. According to the ISO 11140-1 standard, the indicators are designed to work in an autoclave sterilization cycle under the following conditions: 135°C for 7 minutes or 121°C for 20 minutes.
